The main door or entrance is located on the left side patio. Turn to the left after entering the gate to find it. If arriving late night, turn on patio light - switch is on the side wall.

Pintu utama atau pintu masuk ke rumah terletak di patio sebelah kiri. Ikut laluan kiri selepas memasuki kawasan untuk mencarinya. Jika dalam gelap nyalakan lampu patio dengan suis di dinding

To switch on the electricity, use the Power Key provided. Insert the key into the slot and push it until you hear a click sound. Ensure it is properly secured to maintain power. 

Untuk menghidupkan elektrik, gunakan Power Key yang disediakan. Masukkan ke dalam slot dan tekan hingga anda dengar bunyi klik. Pastikan ia dipasang dengan betul 

Always keep the main driveway gate closed to ward off stray cats. As the neighborhood is safe, it is not necessary nor practical to keep locking & unlocking this gate  

Sentiasa pastikan pintu gerbang utama ditutup untuk cegah kucing masuk kawasan & terkunci. Kejiranan ini aman, jadi anda tidak perlu kunci gate setiap masa. 

For your safety, the property is fitted with CCTV camera and water filter tank both of which are placed outside. Please do not disturb or tamper with them at any time. 

Homestay in JB ini dilengkapi dengan kamera CCTV & tangki penapis air di luar. Mohon jangan cuba alih, tutup atau usik CCTV & tangki air untuk apa2 tujuan pun. 

Please be civic-minded and keep noise levels down to avoid disturbing the neighbors. Respecting the quiet praying hours is greatly appreciated.  

Sila bertimbang rasa dan kurangkan bunyi bising supaya tidak mengganggu kejiranan. Menghormati waktu waktu solat & tidur amat di galak & sangat dihargai. 

These amenities are for your use. Ensure that the fridge, oven, and microwave oven stay clean & are emptied completely when checking out. 

Pastikan peti sejuk, ketuhar, dan ketuhar gelombang mikro sentiasa bersih &  dikosongkan sepenuhnya sebelum cek-out.  

Towels and blankets are provided for your use. Please do not use them as cleaning rags or misuse them in any way. Proper use & care is appreciated. 

Tuala dan selimut disediakan untuk kegunaan anda. Mohon jangan gunakan sebagai kain lap lantai, kaki atau apa juga kekotoran selain untuk mandian

Wi-Fi network name and password can be found at the TV console where you will find a sticker with the details. Please do not tamper with the wi-fi set up 

Nama rangkaian Wi-Fi dan kata laluan ada dekat TV konsol dimana ada pelekat dengan butiran. Mohon jangan usik wi-fi set up. 

Before checking out, please put all trash, especially food items, into the garbage bags provided. Take these bags out to the trash or bin location by the roadside

Sebelum cek out, sila masukkan semua sampah, terutamanya sisa makanan, ke dalam beg sampah yang disediakan. Bawa beg tersebut ke tong sampah di tepi jalan

When checking out, please pull power key out of slot, close all windows, lock main door, put the keys in container and return it to designated location or personnel 

Apabila cek-out, sila pastikan power key di lucut, semua tingkap di tutup, pintu di kunci dan pulangkan kotak kunci ke tempat atau penyelia yang di maklumkan. 

• Is early check in and/or late check out possible? Yes but only if requests are made in advance
• Are pets allowed in the homestay? Cats -yes / Dogs -no / Rather not have any
• Is house handicap friendly? Am afraid even on ground floor it is challenging for wheelchair users
